BOOKING POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We are a busy salon and often work back to back appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have time for the full service, so it may need to be rescheduled, moved to the next available appointment, or the treatment given in the time available. If we are unable to provide you with the service you have booked due to late arrival, this will fall within our cancellation policy and a 50% cancellation fee will be required on the day.

CANCELLATIONS
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation. We understand that sometimes things can happen unexpectedly and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, if you are a no show, for future bookings we will require a 50% deposit to secure the spot.
48 hours notice is required for cancelling/rescheduling.
Changes within 24 hours of your appointment require 50% payment. This will be used as a deposit towards your future appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice/on the day, require full payment.

GIFT CARDS
Our gift cards are valid for 36 months. They are non-transferable, non-refundable but can be used for skincare purchases as well as treatments.
PACKS
We are very flexible in allowing you to use up any prepaid treatments in the time that suits you. However, we do not provide any refunds, transfers, and all cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be considered a forfeited visit.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Please arrive to your appointment alone. If you are the carer of a client, you may stay for the duration of their appointment. Anyone under the age of 16 years will require parental supervision.
PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING
If you are, or think you may be pregnant, please inform us before your appointment. Although we recommend you consult with your doctor first, we have a number of treatments suitable for mums to be and nursing mums.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medicines you are taking prior to your appointment. This also applies if your health circumstances have changed since your last appointment.
